Cancellations and Refunds – Nutrition with Vanessa

Thank you for choosing Nutrition with Vanessa. We are committed to supporting your wellness journey. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully:

1. Program Commitment

When enrolling in a program, you are committing to the full duration of the service (ranging from 1 to 3 months or more).

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your participation in a program at any time by contacting us at nutritionwithvanessa@gmail.com. However:

• If cancellation occurs before the program begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any administrative fees.
  
  

• If cancellation occurs after the program has started, no refunds will be issued, except in exceptional cases as determined by us.
  
  

3. No Show / Missed Appointments

Missed appointments or sessions without 24 hours' notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.

4. Program Transfers

You may request to postpone or transfer your participation to a future date, subject to availability and approval.
